A one-way trip to InterContinental Adelaide typically takes 15–20 minutes.

Ride Share booking
For pre-booked rideshare services (e.g., Uber, Ola, DiDi), the designated pick-up area is located at the northern end of the terminal, near the departures area. Signage throughout the terminal guides passengers to the correct pick-up point.

Uber
Uber passengers can also be collected from the rideshare pick-up zone located just outside the terminal, a short walk from both arrivals and departures.

By Bus

Adelaide Metro offers several public bus services connecting the airport to the city.

• JetBus (J1 / J2) services operate between Adelaide Airport and various parts of the city, including stops within walking distance of InterContinental Adelaide.
• Services typically run every 15–30 minutes, depending on time of day.

Ticket information
Adelaide Metro buses require a MetroCARD or a prepaid ticket.

By Trains

There is no direct train line from Adelaide Airport.Passengers wishing to connect to Adelaide’s rail network can take a JetBus service (J1 / J2) into the city and transfer at Adelaide Railway Station, which is located next to InterContinental Adelaide, just a 2–3 minute walk.
