Lindsay Richards is a specialist prosthodontist and Professor at the Adelaide Dental School – Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences. Lindsay joined the academic staff in the Dental School in 1982 as a lecturer in restorative dentistry.

Lindsay has recently been involved in undergraduate teaching in prosthodontics, general practice and rural practice; postgraduate teaching as Course Director of the specialist prosthodontics program; and research involving tooth wear, dento-facial development in twins and indigenous oral health.

Over the years Lindsay has spent periods of study leave working in the United States, Israel, Japan and the United Kingdom
